Attorney Collins was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, then moved to Massachusetts and graduated from Boston College in 2000. He spent a year studying political science at the London School of Economics in London, England. After graduating, Attorney Collins worked in Washington D.C. at the civil litigation firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo PC.
Attorney Collins received his law degree in 2005 from the Santa Clara University School of Law. Upon graduating law school, Attorney Collins represented large pharmaceutical companies in civil products liability suits with the firm Gordon & Rees LLP in San Francisco, California.
Attorney Collins served as a prosecutor for over seven years. He served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts, prosecuting cases in both District and Superior Court.
Attorney Collins is experienced in all phases of criminal law cases including investigation, witness preparation, motion drafting and argument, jury selection, and trial practice.
